Shipping & Exchange Policy


Our goal is for you to be happy with your purchase. We take pride in hand pouring each and every one of our candles.


If your candle is damaged or not to your expectations, our exchange policy is outlined below or you can reach us at hello@livingbeam.com.

Returns
At this time we are not accepting returns. All sales are final. Please note some of the candles' fragrances vary from soft to strong.

Exchanges
If an item received has been damaged in shipping - please send us an email with your name, order number, and describing the reason for the request. For faster processing, please send a picture attached of the damaged item.

Shipping
Our current processing time is 3-4 business days. Orders in the USA can take anywhere from 3-8 business days to arrive. We are not responsible for any delays, re-routes, or failed deliveries of your package.
